Payment Terms For Express Service
One-way fares include GST for adults, children, and pensioners. Please reconfirm all bookings 24 hours before departure.
Return fares are double one-way fares.
Children under 4 travel free when accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat.
Child fares apply to ages 4-16 or children under 4 occupying a seat.
Students up to age 20 qualify for child fares with valid ID; full-time students aged 17+ receive discounts during school terms only.
Pensioners must provide their pension/unemployment number at booking.
A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
Agents may charge additional service fees.
Tickets must be purchased before the day of travel.

Itinerary Changes
Sid Foggs Australia Pty. Limited acts in the best interest of their passengers and will endeavour to operate as closely as possible to the itinerary but reserves the right to alter them where necessary due to weather conditions, unsuitable road conditions, the availability of suitable accommodation and the performance of touring facilities or operational needs OR official restrictions.
Alterations to Fares
All prices quoted are based on tariffs current at the time of printing, and are subject to increase without any previous notice, as a result of any increase in basic tariffs which may occur prior to final balance being paid. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment or any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, flooding or any other cause are the responsibility of the passenger.
Baggage
Is restricted to one suitcase not exceeding 23kg in weight. In addition, a briefcase or small airline cabin bag is allowable. Baggage is at 'owners risk' throughout the duration of the tour unless insured.
Fitness
It is your responsibility to assess whether you can participate in a tour. Tours require a reasonable level of fitness as you will spend some time on your feet, getting on and off the coach, walking around sights and climbing some stairs. Sid Foggs accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of your inability to participate in any or all of the attractions/activities.
You must be able to board and disembark the coach unaided. You must also be able to handle your own baggage.
Travel Insurance
Insurance is recommended on all extended tours.
Single Room/Traveling Alone
If a single room is requested an additional charge applies.
Passenger Seating
Seating is not allocated on the coach. On extended tours of 3 or more days a seat rotation system is used so that everyone enjoys similar seating arrangements. The Coach Captain will explain the system used.
Sid Foggs sympathises with sufferers of travel sickness, unfortunately, front seats cannot be reserved.
Eligibility
Sid Foggs Australia Pty. Limited reserves the right to terminate the tour of any person or persons who disrupt the operation of the tour, or who are objectionable to other travellers, or who are unable to maintain themselves on tour. Sid Foggs Australia will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any such reason.
Smoking & Alcohol
Due to government regulations, smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted while travelling on the coach. For the convenience of smokers/vapers, adequate stops are made. Passengers are requested not to bring food & drink on the coach; water is allowed if it is in a screw top container/bottle.
Transportation Companies
Where Sid Foggs Australia does not operate the excursions which may be included in the Tour Itinerary, they shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person or property as a result of any such excursion undertaken during the tour whatsoever or howsoever the same may be caused whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
Cancellation
Sid Foggs Charges the following fees if you cancel
Cancellation 45 - 22 days before departure - 20% of fare
Cancellation 21 - 8 days before departure - 50% of fares
Cancellation 7 days or less before departure - 100% of fare
In addition to this any airfares already paid for by Sid Fogg's will be non-refundable at any stage of cancellation. If a booking is made as twin share or double room and one person cancels then the party that is still travelling will need to pay the single supplement additional price.
